What is your job at Channel Pilot?
Senior Online Marketing Manager
Where are you from/where did you live before?
I was born in Hamburg and grew up there. Meanwhile I live in Lower Saxony near Hamburg 🙂
What did you do before Channel Pilot?
I previously worked as an online marketing manager in an agency. There I was mainly responsible for SEA and social media for different clients.
What do you like to do in your free time?
I love good food and I love to cook. I also like to play online games and watch twitch in my free time.
Which fictional character would you like to be?
Oh, that’s easy 😉 – Sailor Moon. Even when I was a little kid, I couldn’t miss an episode. Also my cat was called Luna – like the one from Sailor Moon.

What is your job at Channel Pilot?

Where are you from/where did you live before?
I was born and raised in Jena, which lies in the state of Thuringia, the so-called “green heart of Germany”. And I can confirm, we do have a lot of trees here! But after all this time, I want to live in a bigger city, especially Hamburg, as I’ve always enjoyed being here.
What did you do before Channel Pilot?
I got my bachelor’s degree in e-commerce in Jena. Now I am about to write my master’s thesis, which should be finished by the end of march 2023.
While studying, I’ve worked in Marketing, UX/UI-Design, Data Intelligence and IT for different companies. Also, I work as a freelance filmmaker, mainly for music videos, events and corporate.
What do you like to do in your free time?
In the warmer months, I like to do long-distance-hiking, bike-touring and camping. Essentially, that includes eating pasta every day for weeks, but it’s so worth it! I also like to play beach volleyball, do yoga and read books (most recently the discworld-saga by Terry Pratchett).
Which fictional character would you like to be?
ALF! He is funny, creative, constantly learning new stuff and most importantly: himself, but still surrounded by people who love and accept him!

What is your job at Channel Pilot?
Working Student Development/IT
Where are you from/where did you live before?
I was born in Hamburg but raised in the beautiful suburb Pinneberg. For my studies I moved back to Hamburg, as it offers me shorter ways to reach everything with my bike.
What did you do before Channel Pilot?
I got my bachelor’s degree in Socioeconomics and Business-IT at the Uni Hamburg, and I just started my master in IT Management and Consulting. In parallel to that, I worked in software testing and product management in two different companies, both as a working student.
What do you like to do in your free time?
I really enjoy riding my bikes as my every-day transportation vehicle which also includes improving it whenever it is possible. Also, I am really into crafting, especially with wood but I also try other materials from time to time. Besides that, I like to follow the economic and political discussions in- and outside of Germany.
Which fictional character would you like to be?
Bob the builder: He is a very good crafts man and has a solution for everything but is also socially well-educated and can motivate his team for any challenge.
What song makes you want to dance?
Waltz No. 2 by Dmitri Shostakovich: This was my favorite song during my 10 years of ballroom dance classes.

What is your job at Channel Pilot?
E-Commerce Consultant
Where are you from/where did you live before?
I was born and raised in Hamburg, but my roots are in Croatia. I live in the deep south in Meckelfeld. It’s in Niedersachsen, but I want to move to Hamburg again.
What did you do before Channel Pilot?
I got my bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at Uni Hamburg. In parallel to that, a colleague and I started a little startup for premium coffee and I worked as a working student in the E-Commerce/Amazon/eBay area.
I also got a degree of making all kind of pralines 😉 – so called “Süßwarentechniker”.
What do you like to do in your free time?
I enjoy going to the gym and do all kind of sports, especially in the summertime. This summer I bought me a pair of roller skates – and yes, it’s challenging. 😃 Besides that, I like to follow the economic and political discussions in- and outside of Germany. I have also a preference for good design and like to work with design programs like Photoshop, Illustrator, Blender and After Effects.
Which fictional character would you like to be?
Speedy Gonzalez: With his running speed he reaches all kind of destinations in minutes. And that is an admirable characteristic.
What song makes you want to dance?
I don’t have a favorite dance song. I can dance on many kinds of songs. I’m really into House/Elektro, Soul, Jazz and RnB.

What is your job at Channel Pilot?
Product Manager
Where are you from/where did you live before?
I grew up in the northwest of Germany. Really close to the Dutch borders. I’ve been living in the Netherlands for my Bachelor and Master degree with an exchange semester in Vienna. Other than that, I’ve been living in Hamburg for 7,5 years.
What did you do before Channel Pilot?
I was a member of Goodlife Company and Immoverkauf24 (Scout24) before I joining Channel Pilot Solutions this year.
What do you like to do in your free time?
If you do not find me in the gym or on the football pitch, you will most likely find me cooking or eating out. Most likely eating though.
Which fictional character would you like to be?
Superman.
What song makes you dance?
I don’t think there is a specific song that makes me want to dance in general.
Fabrice
What is your job at Channel Pilot?
Frontend Engineer
Where are you from/where did you live before?
I come from the country of Samuel Eto’o Fils, Cameroon. Since 2015 I have been living in Saarbrücken, a German city not far from Paris in France.
What did you do before Channel Pilot?
I was a working student as a front-end developer for about 4 years. I worked on different projects using mainly web technologies like Vue.js, JavaScript, Vuetify and CSS3. At the same time I completed a Master’s degree in automation technology at the Saarland University of Applied Sciences.
What do you like to do in your free time?
I have a great passion for photography, videography and everything in between.
Which fictional character would you like to be?
Clark Kent because of his kindness, respect for others, and fairness.
What song makes you dance?
Any music that has a great beat and a very moody melody.
