What is your job at Channel Pilot Solutions ?
Senior Marketing Managerin
Where are you from/where did you live before?
I come from Hamburg, but have lived in Berlin, Leipzig and Bochum in recent years. I have been back in the beautiful Hanseatic city for three years now.
What did you do before Channel Pilot Solutions?
I already have a few stations behind me. Most recently, I worked for a PR agency, an event organisation and a software provider in the field of personnel marketing. But the most interesting position for my job at Channel Pilot Solutions is probably the start of my career. After my studies, I worked at idealo for a few years and already gained some e-commerce experience.
What do you like to do in your free time?
My favourite thing is to spend time with my family. I like to be outside in nature, in our garden, hiking or picking mushrooms. I also like to cook a lot, especially for a big bunch of friends.
Which fictional character would you like to be?
Probably someone from the Harry Potter universe, as I’ve been a big fan of the stories since I was a teenager. (Not necessarily Harry, Ron or Hermione, though – I’m happy to do without all the excitement).
What song makes you dance?
Boring answer, but there are really too many to list here 😀

Where are you from/where did you live before?
I was born in Schleswig and moved to Hamburg after studying in Kiel. I live in Hamburg since 1987.
What did you do before Channel Pilot Solutions?
Since 1988 I have been working in Finance, HR and Purchasing in various companies, mainly in mechanical engineering, from controller to CFO. In between I also worked as a freelance consultant for a few years.
What do you like to do in your free time?
I work a lot on my motorbikes, play table tennis and take care of the house, garden and daughters. I also travel a lot with my wife.
Which fictional character would you like to be?
I’m actually quite happy with what I am.
What song makes you dance?
To see me dance, I have to be pulled onto the dance floor by force. Otherwise, my favourite song is Child in Time by Deep Purple (long version).

Where are you from/where did you live before?
With my wife, my two children and 86 other people I live in a small village at the edge of the Segeberger forest, roughly 50 km away from Hamburg.
What did you do before Channel Pilot Solutions?
I successfully aborted studies of teaching and gained experiences in e-Commerce as a marketing director (pet products) and online marketing manager (art gallery) for 12 years.
What do you like to do in your free time?
Playing with my kids Lilli (7) and Lutz (3), riding my bike and cooking.

Where are you from/where did you live before?
I was born and raised in Berlin – more precisely in Berlin Wedding. So far I have only lived in Moabit, but moved back to Humboldthain. I have been to Hamburg 4 times so far – I am looking forward to see another beautiful city that I can count as my second home on a weekly basis.
What did you do before Channel Pilot Solutions?
Directly after my business administration studies I started as a project manager – partner integrations at the marketplace of MYTOYS GROUP. In the last three years, I was not only responsible for over 200 partner integrations, but also for the integration of large interface companies. That’s how I got in touch with Channel Pilot Solutions three years ago and hey look – today I’m going to work for the company.
What do you like to do in your free time?
If it is possible, I like to travel very much in my free time. On weekends I like to spend time with my parents and my sister, go for walks, bike rides, or shopping. Against chatting in a cafe I have of course nothing to complain 😉
Which fictional character would you like to be?
I grew up with Pokemon, so I would also go more in the direction of picking a Pokemon. Therefore, I would probably be a Bewear (German: Kosturso)
tall, somewhat strong, but likes hugs a lot, cares about his fellow people and likes to help everyone out of difficult situations.
What song makes you want to dance?
If I did dance, it would be to Break my heart (Dua Lipa), or Can’t tame her (Zara Larsson). Actually, I’m more the type who also likes quiet songs, like Glimpse of us (Joji), or Golden Hour (Jvke).

Where are you from/where did you live before?
I am Tunisian, grew up and graduated in Tunisia, Then lived in Morocco, Chile, Munich, Berlin and now living in Hamburg.
What did you do before Channel Pilot Solutions?
I worked in project management in the blockchain industry in Santiago and then did some account management and project management in Munich in The EV industry and also some sales support and customer success in Berlin. I moved from Berlin to Hamburg last September to work as supply manager in a start up in the agricultural industry before joining Channel Pilot Solutions.
What do you like to do in your free time?
Trying to learn guitar, dancing, going to the cinema, Road Trips / Hiking/ Camping.

Where are you from/where did you live before?
I’m originally from India and moved to Germany in 2019. Previously I used to live in Dortmund and starting this year moved to Hamburg and now officially I’m a Hamburger 🙂
What did you do before Channel Pilot Solutions?
Started my career as a QA professional in 2009, worked for multinational clients both in India and then moved to the USA for 5 years. Having worked closely with the clients made me rethink my career path and then I switched to a Product management role.
Previous to joining Channel Pilot Solutions, I worked for a company in Hamburg as a Product Manager for about 1.5 years and helped develop their website as a greenfield project.
What do you like to do in your free time?
I love nature walks or try my luck sometimes with poetry 😉 . I’m also a travel freak and love to explore new places and culture.
Which fictional character would you like to be?
“Enola Holmes” would be one of the fictional characters I like to be.
What song makes you dance?
Not much of a dancer myself, but I love to put in a step or two when I hear any fast beat numbers . Lately, I put on “Besharam” (a Bollywood song) and try to learn new steps from my daughter (She’s 5 years old).

I was born in Russia, grew up on the Baltic Sea and, after a few stopovers in the Harz Mountains and Hanover, have been living in Hamburg for 12 years.

I accompanied and managed projects at a management consultancy.

I play sports, read, paint or spend time with my family and friends.
