Sell products on Galaxus in six steps

  • Connect Galaxus Account

    Register with Galaxus and enter your API access credentials in Channel Pilot Solutions. This creates the technical basis for automated exports, updates, as well as order imports and order status updates.

  • Import Product Catalog

    Import your product catalog from Shop, PIM, or ERP. Title, description, price, variant-creating attributes, images, and stock information form the basis for clean product data quality at Galaxus.

  • Assign categories and attributes

    Assign your categories and products to the appropriate Galaxus categories. You can do this centrally at the category level or specifically per item. This ensures that Galaxus correctly classifies your data and your products are displayed in the appropriate structure.

    At the same time, you are laying the foundation for category-specific attributes, ensuring that important fields are complete and reducing errors during listing.

  • Provide and validate feeds

    Galaxus is a hybrid marketplace: in addition to marketplace integration, you also work with two feeds. Provide the stock feed and the specification feed, and organize the data cleanly, including mandatory and recommended attributes. Channel Pilot Solutions checks your data exports and helps you identify and resolve listing problems early on.

    Important: Galaxus does not have an Offer Update. Therefore, it is all the more important to define product data and structure cleanly before go-live and to roll out changes in a controlled manner.

  • Perform test listings & functional checks

    In the Galaxus merchant portal, verify that your products are correctly listed via the feed (prices, stock levels, variants, product information). Additionally, check the order management via API – meaning whether orders are imported cleanly and status updates are correctly fed back.

  • Go-Live & Automatic Update

    Go live with your Galaxus channel. Channel Pilot Solutions automatically updates inventory, prices, and variants – for stable performance and scalable revenues.
