What you should know about a career at Channel Pilot Pro

Our process is fast, clear, and transparent. After you apply, our HR team will contact you promptly. This will be followed by:

  1. a short introductory conversation,
  2. a professional exchange with your future supervisor,
  3. as needed, a small task case (only for certain roles),
  4. and to finish, a personal get-to-know-you session with your future team.

At Channel Pilot Solutions, we work hybrid. You can work flexibly from home for up to three days a week and are always welcome at our modern office in a central Hamburg location. We believe in trust over control – which is why you can shape your workday in a way that works best for you.

Here, you'll take on responsibility early on and work closely with experienced colleagues from Tech, Product, and E-commerce.
