With Channel Pilot Solutions, you can connect to over 150 marketplaces, including major international platforms like Amazon, eBay, and Douglas. Additionally, Channel Pilot Solutions also supports country-specific marketplaces in various markets as well as specialized platforms – depending on your product selection and target region, for example in the Home and Living or DIY sectors.
Channel Pilot Solutions is compatible with many common shop systems. You can quickly connect your webshop via pre-configured shop plugins and then use features such as marketplace integrations, reporting, order handling, and dynamic pricing.
The connection typically works by default via a data feed export from your shop system. Once the technical connection is established, you can centrally analyze and optimize your product data to achieve more sales, higher margins, and better performance across your channels.
Examples of supported shop plugins include Magento Commerce, OXID eShop, PrestaShop, Shopware, Shopify, WooCommerce, and xt:Commerce.
Channel Pilot Solutions can be used with many common PIM systems, such as Akeneo, AtroPIM, inRiver, Perfion, Pimcore, or Plytix. The connection is established via interfaces or structured data exports, depending on the system, allowing you to use and optimize your product data centrally for marketplaces and other channels. If you want to know how the connection works specifically in your setup, please contact our expert team.
Technical integration with Channel Pilot Solutions is possible via plugin, API, or data feed, depending on the system and use case. With plugins, you can quickly connect many shop systems. APIs allow for flexible connection of individual setups and multiple data sources such as shop, ERP, or PIM. Alternatively, connection also works via structured data feeds, which are exported from your system and imported into Channel Pilot Solutions to then play out the data channel-specifically.
That depends on the channel and your setup. If the integration is already pre-configured and your product data is complete, go-live can be achieved quickly. If channel-specific mapping, variant logic, mandatory fields, or tests with the channel are also required, the connection may take longer.
The update or import interval depends on the selected plan and the technical connection. Depending on the plan, imports are possible every 180 minutes (Regular), every 60 minutes (Medium), or every 15 minutes (Large). In Enterprise setups, intervals of less than 15 minutes are also possible depending on the agreement. With API connections, updates can also be implemented with particular flexibility.
