  • Connect Kaufland account

    Register with Kaufland Global Marketplace and enter your API access credentials in Channel Pilot Solutions. This will create the technical foundation for automated exports, updates, as well as order imports and order status updates.

  • Import Product Catalog

    Import your product catalog from Shop, PIM, or ERP. Titles, descriptions, prices, variant-defining attributes, images, and stock information form the basis for clean product data quality on Kaufland.

  • Assign categories and attributes

    Assign your categories and products to the appropriate Kaufland categories. You can do this centrally at the category level or specifically per item. This ensures that Kaufland correctly classifies your data and your products are displayed in the appropriate structure.

    At the same time, you are laying the foundation for category-specific attributes, ensuring that important fields are complete and reducing errors during listing.

  • Provide and validate feeds

    Kaufland is a hybrid marketplace: In addition to marketplace integration, you also work with a product feed in the Feed Engine module. Properly map your product feed data, including mandatory and recommended attributes. Channel Pilot Solutions will check your data export and help you identify and resolve listing issues early on.

    Important: There is no offer update at Kaufland. Therefore, it is all the more important to define product data and structure cleanly before go-live and to roll out changes in a controlled manner.

    Verify in the merchant area that your products are listed correctly via the feed (prices, stock levels, variants, product information). Additionally, check order management via API – meaning whether orders are imported cleanly and status updates are sent back correctly.
