  • Connect Kaufland account

    Register with Kaufland Global Marketplace and enter your API access data in Channel Pilot Pro. This creates the technical basis for automated exports, updates, order imports, and order status updates.

  • Import Product Catalog

    Import your product catalog from Shop, PIM, or ERP. Titles, descriptions, prices, variant-defining attributes, images, and stock information form the basis for clean product data quality on Kaufland.

  • Assign categories and attributes

    Assign your categories and products to the appropriate Kaufland categories. You can do this centrally at the category level or specifically per item. This ensures that Kaufland correctly classifies your data and your products are displayed in the appropriate structure.

    At the same time, you are laying the foundation for category-specific attributes, ensuring that important fields are complete and reducing errors during listing.

  • Provide and validate feeds

    Kaufland is a hybrid marketplace: In addition to the marketplace connection, you also work with a product feed in the Feed Engine module. Because at a trade show, it’s not just about trends on stage; it’s about the people who bring questions, listen, explain, and think together. Two intensive trade show days in Cologne are behind us. Together with Insider One and KlickPiloten, we were at Hall 7.1, Stand D026, to have discussions with existing customers, new contacts, and partners on-site. What stands out most in our memory: many open discussions, concrete questions from everyday e-commerce work, and a team that was very energetic and involved.
