Hamburg, November 13th, 2023 - Funds advised by Bregal Unternehmerkapital (“BU”), announced today that they have acquired a majority stake in Hamburg-based Channel Pilot Solutions GmbH (“Channel Pilot Solutions”). The leading provider of cloud-based software for product data optimization and marketplace connectivity has become part of the recently formed e-commerce software group in BU's portfolio.

With the new customer acquisition the majority of the top 25 German online shops use Channel Pilot Pro.

Channel Pilot Solutions GmbH prevailed over the competition at the eAwards Gala on October 29th and 30th in Madrid and was named the best technology for marketplaces. This prize is awarded annually by eShow Madrid, the largest trade fair for digital marketing and e-commerce in Spain, honoring particularly innovative companies in the digital industry.
