Hamburg, 02.04.2020 – Channel Pilot Solutions GmbH has a new shareholder.
The CMA CGM Group, a world leader in shipping and logistics has taken over large parts of the Oxatis Group, including the Hamburg-based technology company Channel Pilot Solutions. In 2019 the shipping and logistics company, based in Marseille, had an annual turnover of over 30 billion euros. Since some years the CMA CGM Group has been increasingly focusing on digitization in the logistics and e-commerce sectors. The strategy of Channel Pilot Solutions GmbH will be continued, with increased investment in software development and IT resources.
