An import interval is the waiting time between feed uploads, for example when uploading your products to an external marketplace. The shorter the interval, the faster you can react to changes in the market. With our ‘Large’ plan, you can update your product catalogue every 15 minutes, for example.

Each product in your catalogue has different attributes, such as ‘size’, “colour” or ‘weight’. With our AI Formula Editor, you can combine different attributes into a product title. DOUGLAS shows you how to do this here.

All channels and marketplaces are available as standard – even in the smallest tariff.

Each tariff includes at least 2 hours of personal support per month. In our experience, this is sufficient for most customers. If you do need more time, you can easily book additional support hours. In addition, our experienced business developers take the time to optimise your shop setup.

If you exceed the data volumes included in your contract, you will automatically be switched to the next higher tariff. But don’t worry: our experts take their time during setup to find the best configuration for you so that this situation can be avoided.

We provide all users with all AI features, even those on the smallest tariff. These include the AI Formula Generator and AI Category Mapping. There are no restrictions on the scope of use.

There are additional costs for setup, onboarding or individual customisations that require more time.
